Terms of sale
These terms and conditions of sale are entered into, on the one hand, by the company Matthieu Ferré, with the share capital of Matthieu Ferré, whose registered office is located in Malabat, registered with the Auch Trade and Companies Register under SIREN number 452 709 355, hereinafter referred to as "MATTHIEU PIERRE" and managing the website matthieupierreart.com, and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website matthieupierreart.com, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer."
Article 1. Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between MATTHIEU PIERRE and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website matthieupierreart.com. The purchase of a product through this website implies the buyer's unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to placing an order. Before any transaction, the buyer declares, firstly, that the purchase of products on the matthieupierreart.com website is not directly related to their professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use, and secondly, that they have full legal capacity to enter into these general terms and conditions of sale.
MATTHIEU PIERRE reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time in order to comply with any new regulations or to improve the usability of its website. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in effect on the date the buyer places the order.
Article 2. Products
The products offered are those listed on the MATTHIEU PIERRE website matthieupierreart.com, subject to availability. MATTHIEU PIERRE reserves the right to modify its product range at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description detailing its main technical characteristics (capacity, use, size, etc.). The photographs are as accurate as possible but do not bind the Seller in any way. The sale of the products presented on the matthieupierreart.com website is intended for all buyers residing in countries that fully authorize the entry of these products into their territory.
Article 3. Prices
The prices listed on the product sheets of the online catalog are in Euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (TTC), taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. MATTHIEU PIERRE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The prices indicated do not include delivery costs, which are invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased according to the total amount of the order.
Article 4. Order and Payment Methods
Before placing an order, the buyer must create an account on the matthieupierreart.com website. The account creation section is accessible directly from the sidebar. Each time the buyer visits the site, if they wish to order or view their account (order status, profile, etc.), they must log in using this information. MATTHIEU PIERRE offers buyers the option to order and pay for their products in several steps:
- Secure payment via Stripe, PayPal, or credit card (via the Shopify system): the buyer selects the products they wish to order in the "shopping cart," makes changes if necessary (quantities, references, etc.), and verifies the delivery address or enters a new one. Shipping costs are then calculated and submitted to the buyer, along with the name of the carrier. The buyer then chooses their preferred payment method: "Payment by PayPal." The next step is to check all the information, read and accept these general terms and conditions of sale by checking the corresponding box, and then invite them to confirm their order by clicking on the "Confirm my order" button. Finally, the buyer is redirected to the secure PAYPAL interface to securely enter their Paypal account details or personal credit card details. If the payment is accepted, the order is registered and the contract is definitively formed. Payment by Paypal account or bank card is irrevocable. In the event of fraudulent use of the card, the buyer may demand cancellation of the card payment, and the amounts paid will then be recredited or refunded. The liability of the holder of a bank card is not incurred if the disputed payment has been proven to have been made fraudulently, remotely, without physical use of their card.
